What We Collect
Information you give us directly
We do not require any account to play any game. We collect personal information only when you choose to email us. If you contact us at hello@solitairelounge.com, we will have your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit Solitaire Lounge, our servers automatically log standard diagnostic data: your approximate location (country/region), browser and device type, referring page, and pages visited. This data is anonymous and used for traffic statistics.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to save your in-progress games and game statistics (win counts, fastest times). This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
We use cookies for analytics and advertising as described below.
Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (which games are popular, how long sessions last, which pages need improvement). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data including a randomly generated identifier, your approximate location, browser type, and page interactions. You can opt out by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Display advertising
We display ads to keep the site free. Our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads relevant to your interests. You can manage personalized advertising preferences at Google Ad Settings and aboutads.info.
Hosting
Solitaire Lounge is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Children
Solitaire Lounge is for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
- Decline cookies. Most browsers let you block cookies. The site will continue to work, but local-storage features (saved games, stats) may be limited.
- Opt out of Analytics. Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above.
- Opt out of personalized ads. See the Google Ad Settings link above.
- Delete saved games. Clear your browser's site data for solitairelounge.com.
- Email request. Write to us to request a copy of any data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
